By accessing and using LeadFlow CRM, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws. If you do not agree, please do not use our service.

2. Service Description

LeadFlow CRM is a customer relationship management platform designed for Indian businesses that helps manage leads from Meta Ads, website forms, and other sources.

3. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password.

4. Pricing & Payment

All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include GST unless stated otherwise. Subscription fees are billed in advance. Trial pricing is available for first-time users at ₹99 for 30 days.

5. Cancellation & Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Refund requests within 7 days of payment are processed within 5-7 business days. After 7 days, no refund is applicable but you may continue using the service until the end of the billing period.

6. Data Privacy

We respect your privacy. See our Privacy Policy for details on how we collect, use, and protect your data.

7. Limitation of Liability

LeadFlow shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the service.
